General NPDES Renewal

Use the form below to submit a PAG-01 General NPDES Renewal.

The PAG-01 permit is valid through 2/28/2027. Permittees with existing PAG-01 permits are able to renew beyond the previous 2/28/2027 expiration date.  

Submission Instructions: 

• Flatten drawings before uploading. Do not use a zip folder to upload documents.
• Upload separate PDF files by document type. Pease do not upload a single long PDF document.
• ACCD strongly prefers payments made online.

  Checks can be mailed normal USPS once applicants have uploaded permit documents and received permit fees via online form.
